About This Spot

Stepping into Blossom, nestled quietly within the ARIA Resort & Casino, feels like entering a serene sanctuary that gently contrasts with the vibrant buzz of the Strip. It’s a setting where you can sense the care behind every detail, from the polished interiors to the nuanced, flavorful moments on the plate.

Dining at Blossom is less about checking off menu items and more about savoring thoughtful interpretations of Chinese cuisine that range from the familiar to the pleasantly unexpected. The experience invites shared plates that bring people together—whether it’s the satisfying crispness of the Peking Duck or the gentle sweetness found in dishes like Walnut Shrimp. Each bite reveals layers of tradition paired with subtle innovations, enhancing the richness of the meal without overwhelming the senses.

The food here serves as a quiet storyteller, weaving comfort and discovery into every course. A soup might bring a welcoming warmth that soothes after a day exploring the city, while a plate featuring fresh seafood reflects a touch of refined indulgence. The balance between flavors—crispy skins, tender meats, fragrant spices—is a thoughtful dance that invites you to pause and appreciate the craftsmanship.

Blossom’s appeal extends beyond the food itself; it’s also found in the human moments it fosters. Celebrations felt deeply special here—not just because of the dishes, but because of the gentle attentiveness that allows guests to feel truly seen and cared for. The space lends itself naturally to quiet celebrations and memorable gatherings alike, where every detail seems aligned to help you savor the company as much as the cuisine.

For those seeking a refined yet approachable Chinese dining experience in Las Vegas—one that balances sophistication with heartfelt hospitality—Blossom offers both a sense of place and a moment of calm amid the city’s hum. It’s less about spectacle and more about those quietly joyful culinary connections that linger long after the meal ends.

Probably the best chinese style tenderloin ive ever had. The whole lobster and dungeness fried preparations are great. Mushroom tofu soup is very comforting. The potstickers are a unique preparation, very meaty but bland I felt. Great ribs. Great string beans and on choy. Excellent service

We celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday in a private room, and it couldn’t have been more special. The food was outstanding, and every guest left saying they couldn’t wait to come back. Dessert was a revelation—I tried flavors I’d always avoided before and realized just how much I’ve been missing out.

Blossom restaurant in Las Vegas is tucked away in a corner off of the Aria Resort Casino floor. The upscale Chinese restaurant offers traditional dishes like Peking Duck along with more exotic creations like spicy wok-fried scallion veal cheek with cilantro and jalapeño; Indonesian spicy coconut curry lobster tail; and Dungeness crab and king crab. The beautiful restaurant has an intimate and elegant decor and provides a nice, quiet escape from the bustling casino floor. The service we received for dinner was exceptional. Our Servers were super attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. Kudos to Jane. Thanks for a great dinner! Blossom's large menu features both authentic Cantonese/Hong Kong-style dishes and Americanized Chinese classics. Portions are designed for sharing so for dinner, we ordered the salt and pepper squid (Crispy Fried Floured and Minced Garlic, Fresh Chili, Shredded Daikon) which was just ok and the shiitake mushrooms (crispy fried, wok-tossed with sweet vinaigrette sauce, shredded daikon) which was amazing to start. Our entrees included mongolian beef (beef, asparagus, bell peppers, celery, white beech mushrooms, scallions, fried vermicelli noodle, medium spice), the crispy fried flounder filet, lobster fried rice (lobster tail meat, eggs, fresh diced chili, XO meat sauce) and pan-fried, garlic pea greens (also amazing). The prices are fairly expensive, but feel the ambiance, food quality, and great service was worth paying up. Skip the buffet one night and stop by Blossom for an incredible dining experience.

The restaurant is always clean, and the stylish interior creates an elegant atmosphere. Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious, and I’m impressed each time I visit. On top of that, the staff’s warm and thoughtful service makes the entire experience truly pleasant from beginning to end. I’ve already been there about five times, and every visit has been thoroughly satisfying.

I really loved the luxurious Asian-themed interior from the moment I stepped in. There were four of us, so we ordered two Peking Ducks, Walnut Shrimp, and Beef Chow Fun Noodles. The Peking Duck was beyond my expectations and absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the combination of the crispy skin and the tender meat, and the thin wraps were also so good. The Walnut Shrimp was excellent as well; the shrimp were large and high-quality, the aroma was rich, and the sauce was incredibly tasty. The Beef Chow Fun Noodles were on the average side. The main drawback was that the service didn't feel particularly friendly, but because of the wonderful Peking Duck, I want to give it five stars. I definitely want to visit again!

Great experience at Blossom. Had one of the back rooms booked for our party with a family style tasting menu..not cheap. Large lazy Susan on table to allow you to easily access the rounds of food. Great appetizers and great Peking duck served many ways with some lobster thrown in to boot. Lobster was hard to eat but flavorful. Fruit and ice cream at the end that was unlike anything I have tried. Great night, wonderful service.
